Dr Disrespect seemingly exposes Twitch burner account to roast Summit1g

It seems Dr Disrespect hinted that he may have a hidden Twitch account, as he playfully criticized Summit1g’s gameplay in Escape from Tarkov.

Back in June 2020, the popular streamer Dr Disrespect, whose real name is Guy Beahm, unexpectedly found himself banned from Twitch. For quite some time, people were left wondering why this ban had occurred.

2024 saw ex-Twitch employees finally speaking up, accusing “Doc” of being banned due to sending inappropriate messages to a minor, an allegation which the streamer initially admitted, later reversing his statement and asserting that the messages were misconstrued.

Skip ahead a couple of months, and Dr Disrespect remains banned from the purple platform, but on April 17, 2025, Beahm hinted at having a covert backup account when he called out Summit1g on X, implying that he continues to stream under an alternate identity.

Dr Disrespect warns Summit1g he’ll unsubscribe to his stream

As Summit1g was streaming his gameplay of Escape from Tarkov, Doc (Dr Disrespect) shared on Twitter that he was tuned in to the broadcast but didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic about what he was observing.

After mentioning the popular Twitch personality, Doc penned: “For heaven’s sake, could you cease moving things around and instead use Ctrl+Click before I cancel my subscription?

@summit1g Jesus christ would you stop dragging items and start ctrl clicking before I unsubscribe

It appears that this implies Dr Disrespect may possess another Twitch account, given his original one was banned some time back. Now, he subscribes to Summit1g on the platform.

Others seemed to think so, too.

“Drop the alt Twitch account fam,” one user wrote in the comments.

Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that Summit was also live-streamed on YouTube. It’s plausible that Doc could have been viewing him on this Google-managed platform.

In simpler terms, if you unsubscribe from a channel on YouTube, it’s similar to unfollowing someone on other social media platforms where no money is exchanged. On the other hand, cancelling a subscription on Twitch implies transactions since it involves payments.

Beahm failed to provide any clue regarding the name of his possible secret account, and should there have been one, Twitch could have banned it again for bypassing restrictions.
