Logan Paul responds as private jet company claims he caused $400k in damage to plane

Logan Paul has answered accusations from a private jet firm, who claimed he caused damage to one of their aircraft following an altercation. A video related to this incident was published on his channel, Paul American.

In March, YouTube stars Logan and Jake Paul unveiled their reality series titled “Paul American.” It premiered on the platform Max only a couple of weeks after its announcement.

The show offers exclusive glimpses into the everyday routines of Logan and Jake, with one episode featuring an event that transpired on Logan’s personal aircraft. In this segment, the plane’s door failed to unlock, and you can hear the cabin crew requesting his assistance in opening it.

Upon his attempt, Logan claimed the door “burst apart” and inflicted harm on the plane. In a video log posted on April 16th, he disclosed that following the broadcast, the charter company sent him a letter, accusing him of causing damage to the aircraft.

He shared that after opening the door, he believed he had performed a kind action. Later, he felt compelled to inform the Federal Aviation Administration about the incident. Today, he received a letter from the charter company stating that they held him responsible for the situation.

As I sat down to peruse the document tucked away in Florida’s legal system, it became clear that I was being accused of something pretty serious. The allegation stated that during a flight, I had forcefully burst open the cabin door – all while the plane was under pressure.

The defendant, LP, disregarded the flight crew’s instructions by forcefully opening a pressurized aircraft door, resulting in over $400,000 worth of damage to the plane and additional unspecified damage (referred to as ‘Incident’ in this case). This incident was featured in the trailer for LP’s newly released TV show called ‘Paul American’.

Currently, Logan finds himself embroiled in a legal dispute with Lionel Messi’s beverage firm, Mas+ by Messi, due to allegations of anticompetitive practices leveled against his own brand, Prime Hydration.

Afterward, Prime filed a lawsuit against Messi and his company, alleging that Mas+ infringes on Prime’s trademark by frequently confusing customers with its similar design.
