In the spotlight for the April 2025 Wonder Pick event in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) Pocket, are two delightful miniature characters – Riolu and Pachirisu! Learn how to acquire their Promo Cards in the game’s latest event.
In the Pokemon Trading Card Game, the Pocket Wonder Pick feature lets players pick a random card for free from a selection of five cards.
At our monthly Wonder Pick gatherings, we replace the regular cards with exclusive Promo Cards and beneficial goods. This is why these events are a significant highlight in the game’s monthly routine.
On previous occasions, we’ve spotlighted popular Pokemon like Squirtle and Charmander from Kanto, the renowned Snorlax, and even the legendary Manaphy. However, for this new round, it’s adorable duo Riolu and Pachirisu who take center stage!
Wonder Pick April 2025 event: Date & time
The Pokemon TCG Pocket Wonder Pick event is set to take place from April 16, 2025, at 6:00 AM until April 26, 2025, at 5:59 AM (UTC), providing players with a timeframe of ten days to collect all the cards and items on offer.
Different from past occurrences, the Bonus & Chansey Wonder Picks, along with their accompanying accessories, will not be distributed across two distinct weeks. Instead, players can enjoy accessing all the accessories immediately from the start of the event.
Chansey Picks
During the day, unique Chansey Wonder Picks are set to appear. These picks will need double Wonder Stamina (equivalent to 24 Wonder Hourglasses) and offer players an opportunity to obtain Riolu and Pachirisu Promo cards that bear a distinctive Chansey stamp.
As a gamer, remember that the charming Chansey only shows up about 2.5% of the time when the Wonder Pick selections get updated. Plus, once it appears, its presence can last anywhere from 30 minutes to a whopping 4 hours before vanishing again.
Bonus Picks
The upcoming event will include not only regular Riolu and Pachirisu cards from the newest collection, Shining Revelry, but also gives players the opportunity to select these cards for free, as well as promotional cards and additional goods.
After the Wonder Picks are refreshed, there’s approximately a 20% probability that the Bonus Picks will show up, and they could last for the same amount of time as the Chansey Picks.
