As a passionate gamer, I’m thrilled to share that G-Mode is planning to bring two classic Shin Megami Tensei games, Shin Megami Tensei 20XX and Shin Megami Tensei: Tokyo Requiem, to Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam! This exciting announcement was made during the G-Mode Archives+ 5th anniversary stream. Can’t wait to revisit these iconic titles!

On the Steam platform, a listing for the G-Mode Archives+ adaptation of Shin Megami Tensei 20XX was unveiled promptly. This version initially surfaced on Japanese feature phones back in 2004. Although the Steam page merely displays “Coming soon” as the tentative release window, G-Mode has officially confirmed that it will be launched on May 8 during a live stream. Additionally, G-Mode revealed that the Nintendo Switch port is scheduled to release ahead of time on April 24. However, the Nintendo eShop page won’t be active until the official launch date.

Moreover, G-Mode unveiled plans to launch a revamped version of Shin Megami Tensei: Tokyo Requiem, originally released on Japanese mobile phones in 2007, under their G-Mode Archives+ label. However, specifics about the second game’s port are yet to be revealed; G-Mode will share more details, including release dates, at a future time.

Incidentally, the same waterway unveiled two mobile versions of Armored Core games – “G-Mode Archives+ Armored Core Mobile Mission” is already accessible on Nintendo Switch, while a PC version on Steam is scheduled for April 30. Later on, they will also release another port for “Armored Core Mobile 2”.

The boy ventures down into an ancient subterranean metropolis inhabited by demons, where he meets a girl with a forgotten past.

What will the fate of these two characters be as their story unfolds?

Gameplay Features

The game offers not just the option for demon merging (referred to as “Demon × Demon”), but additionally enables users to combine demons with swords, resulting in potent weaponry.

Players have the ability to combine certain items for “Sword Fusion,” allowing them to either join demons with swords, a process known as “Demon × Sword,” or even merge swords with other swords, referred to as “Sword × Sword.” The result of this fusion is potent swords that the protagonist can wield, thereby boosting their power.

In their journey through the tale, every choice players make significantly alters the unfolding sequence of events, eventually deciding the outcome that lies in store for them by the story’s conclusion.
