Atlus West has unveiled fresh information about “Raidou Remastered: The Enigma of the Soul-less Legion”, focusing on the character roster, demon entities, and the advancement mechanisms involved.

Alongside fresh information, we now have numerous new screenshots showcasing both gameplay and artwork of demons. Atlus West hinted that a pre-order date for the Nintendo Switch 2 edition is forthcoming; however, they only specified PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox Series X for a physical release. It remains uncertain whether this implies that the digital pre-order for the Nintendo Switch 2 will become available soon or if it will also receive a physical version.

Raidou Remastered: Unraveling the Enigma of the Soul-less Troops will be available starting June 19 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch (versions 2 & original), and PC via Steam.

Characters

Kenzo Satake (The face of Senju-ku)

The young leader of the Kanto Haguro Family, a yakuza organization, is admired not just by his fellow members, but also by the local community due to his efforts in ensuring the neighborhood’s security.

He leverages his robust reputation and extensive connections, and is knowledgeable about numerous topics related to the capital city.

As a gamer, I appreciate Raidou’s character for his team-oriented approach. When we’re delving into cases together, he’s always ready with valuable insights to share.

Sadakichi (Army Deserter)

A soldier serving in the military with the rank of private, finds himself wanted for desertion. Suspicious of a clandestine operation called the “Super Soldier Project,” allegedly being run by Munakata within the army ranks, he decides to leave the military due to his concerns.

Whenever he decides to leave, he makes an effort to reach out to a newspaper reporter named Tae, with the aim of revealing the “Super Soldier Project” to the general public.

On one side, his demeanor appears relaxed and untroubled, yet at times, subtle signs hint that he may be more extraordinary than typical.

Kiyoshi Daidouji

He is the younger brother of the current head of the Daidouji family and the uncle of Kaya.​

He owns and operates Daidouji Textiles, but due to insufficient modernization, the business is at risk of collapsing financially, requiring a substantial influx of funds.

He shows concern for Kaya, who has gone missing, but there is also a suspicious side to him…

The mysterious Hell’s Pawns who abducted Kaya.​

With an uncommon look that hints at it, they possess extraordinary combat prowess and act as obstacles for Raidou and his group.

It’s been seen in various places and is a topic of conversation throughout the town. Some believe it snatches people, while others claim it assaults them unexpectedly.

Approximately 50 new fiends have been incorporated, raising the count to more than 120! Many of these fiends were initially featured in “Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon” and “Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance”.

Game System: Character Progression

Raidou has new skills: Summoner Skills

In the game, Raidou has the capacity to acquire fresh Summoner Skills through weapons. These skills are categorized into two groups: Combat Skills and Sword Skills. The former enhances Raidou’s combat prowess in battles, while the latter activates automatically upon equipping the weapon. The skills offer a range of abilities, including potent attacks, boosting Raidou’s durability, and more. Remember to select the suitable skills based on your opponents, as you can adjust your Combat Skills setup during battle.

As you craft various weapon types using Sword Alchemy, the number of Summoner Skills you can acquire grows. Make sure to regularly utilize Sword Alchemy when you have sufficient resources on hand.

Customize the special skills of allied demons

Associated demons acquire the ability to master two unique Skills: Active Skills that prove beneficial in combat situations, and Innate Skills which activate autonomously upon being equipped. These abilities can be acquired through the process of leveling up (grinding), or by merging demons.

Tutorial manuals enable you to instruct particular abilities to your demons. These abilities are acquired from tutorial manuals progressively. Your demons can become proficient in these skills by repeatedly utilizing the same manual, and they can also acquire these skills through fusion with other demons.

Loyalty of allied demons

Loyalty refers to a demon’s faith in you, and it grows stronger as they join you in battles, vanquish foes, and share the battlefield with you. When a demon’s loyalty hits its peak, they will acquire a passive skill, receive materials for Sword Alchemy, and gather valuable items.

Your overall Loyalty level from all your demon partners as a Devil Summoner is cumulative and crucial for determining your rank. As this Loyalty accumulates and reaches specific milestones, you’ll earn new titles and gain the ability to control more demons. You’re free to customize these titles during gameplay; showcase your preferred one!
