Veteran actor Saif Ali Khan heads up the cast for “Jewel Thief – The Heist Begins,” which is produced directly for streaming by “Pathaan” director Siddharth Anand – his first project of this kind. In this thrilling chase for the African Red Sun jewel, Khan plays charismatic thief Rehan Roy opposite Jaideep Ahlawat’s ruthless mafia boss Rajan Aulakh. Kunal Kapoor takes on the role of tenacious detective Vikram Patel, while Nikita Dutta portrays Farah, the love interest of Roy.

As a film enthusiast, I’m excited to share that I recently came across an action-packed thriller, which is making its premiere on the streaming platform. This adrenaline-rushing movie is the brainchild of directors Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, and the script was penned by Sumit Aroraa. Interestingly, this movie is the first release from Marflix Pictures, a production company established by Siddharth and Mamta Anand.

The producers expressed their intention to build a film world that was both timeless yet modern in feel. They emphasized that the narrative would be polished, the characters multidimensional, and the scope would be grandiose.

As a passionate movie buff, I’m excited to share that iconic Britpop band Pulp has two exciting live performances lined up for me this May! These will be at London’s BBC Radio Theatre as part of the BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio 2’s In Concert series. The Sheffield band, led by the charismatic Jarvis Cocker, will treat us to their timeless hits as well as tracks from their first album in almost a quarter-century, “More”.

The intimate “6 Music” session, which includes an engaging interview with the band, is scheduled for May 29 and will air during Nick Grimshaw’s show. This special event comes hot on the heels of the recent premiere of their single “Spike Island” on Lauren Laverne’s program. So, get ready to join me in celebrating this musical comeback!

As a movie reviewer, I’m thrilled to share that Pulp is set to captivate a select audience during their live performance at “Radio 2 In Concert” on May 7.
