One of the biggest highlights of *Pokémon Legends: Z-A* is the return of Mega Evolutions, and there are even some new ones being added! The game doesn’t introduce any new Pokémon, but finding all the Mega Stones needed to Mega Evolve your team can be a challenge. While you’ll receive some stones naturally through the story, others aren’t so easy to find. Luckily, we’ve located every Mega Stone currently available in the game.
It goes without saying, but this is your final warning: there will be spoilers in the list ahead.
Mega Stones Acquired through the Story
You’ll find most of these Mega Stones by beating Pokémon that can Mega Evolve, and the story makes sure you can’t miss them—except for one special stone we’ll discuss later. A few NPCs will also give you some as you progress through the game.

How to get Mega AZ’s Floette
You’re probably nearing the end of the Mega Evolutions you can get through regular gameplay. Once you finish the main game, you’ll access the Infinite Z-A Royale, where winning 14 battles unlocks a final match against your rival. This match concludes their personal storyline with a short cutscene. As a reward, you’ll receive AZ’s Floette and its Mega Stone, along with the usual prizes from winning battles.
Mega Stones Purchased from Stone Emporium
You can buy Mega Stones at the Stone Emporium in southern Lumiose City using Poke Dollars. They can be a bit expensive, but you’ll be able to afford them soon enough. Here’s a list of all the stones available at the Emporium:

Just so you know, you won’t be able to get the Mega Stones for the Pokémon you *didn’t* pick as your starter until after you finish the main story.
