Adin Ross’s football league tryouts shut down by Miami police

On the evening of April 10th, the streamer convened with his friends and followers for the tryouts. However, the event was abruptly ended when gunfire erupted nearby, causing alarm among spectators, including well-known streamer FaZe Lacy.

Another way of expressing this might be: As police vehicles arrived at the location, a helicopter was spotted flying close by too. About three hours into the live transmission, a security officer approached Lacy, informing her that they needed to vacate the venue because of gunfire and the police presence outside.

As a gamer, I found myself enveloped in a whirlwind of cheers and anticipation as Lacy and Ross were whisked into a vehicle, surrounded by passionate fans and eager players craving insights about Miami 7FC tryouts’ future. After a brief pause, we ended the live broadcast, only to return home later and spill the beans on what truly unfolded during that eventful ride.

As stated by Ross, Miami police compelled him to halt tryouts because of gunfire incidents close to the venue during the finals.

He shared that there was actually gunfire, and that’s a fact. Therefore, for future instances, it would be wiser to carry out such situations inside, perhaps the authorities in Miami can cooperate with us on this matter.

He continued by strongly criticizing those responsible for the shooting, expressing his regrets to visitors who had made the effort to travel and take part in the event.

Whoever caused that mess, I hope justice is served. Honestly, you’re acting in a despicable manner. The police officer forced me to intervene; we can’t complete our final tonight. I didn’t abandon anything, I had to depart abruptly. I was unable to leave the vehicle.

Man, I truly let you all down. I’m genuinely sorry. Folks traveled miles and poured their hard-earned cash into this event. That’s a heavy responsibility, and I failed to meet the expectations.

Despite his football tryouts being prematurely ended, Adin Ross looks forward to a plethora of upcoming activities and has proposed partnerships with prominent streamers on Twitch. Notably, he’s been reinstated on the platform following a two-year ban.
