Game about man’s fight with a volcano got a hot gameplay trailer. We will play Into the Fire this year

Developers at Starward Industries, creators of the game The Invincible, have unveiled the initial gameplay trailer for their forthcoming project, which they’ve titled Into the Fire. You can find it below for your viewing pleasure.

Originally titled “Dante’s Ring,” the developers changed the name to “Into the Fire” in March. They felt that this new title better represents the gameplay and mood within the game.

The video clearly depicts the main character journeying towards a city engulfed in flames, nestled under an active volcano. He can be seen entering one of the houses equipped with tools like ropes, hammers, axes. His efforts are aimed at extinguishing the fire using various means, including a fire extinguisher gun. In the end, he rescues a person who survived from the building.

In essence, the heart of gameplay in “Into the Fire“, a TPP survival title with RPG and roguelike features, lies in its richness. You can expect a variety of elements such as evolving terrains, an inventive arsenal, and futuristic gadgets reminiscent of the past, all working together to provide an engaging experience.

During the rescue mission, not only will we uncover artifacts tied to old stories, but we’ll also encounter a power that transcends our current understanding of existence. We can pause for rest at the survivors’ camp, which acts as a central hub. Here, we’ll strategize future actions, gather data, and enhance our tools.

This year, I’ll have the privilege of diving into “Into the Fire” early, as it’s set to launch initially on PC. The specific day hasn’t been revealed yet.
