At last, Level-5 officially announced the global release date of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, which is set for August 21. This game will be available simultaneously on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PC (Steam), and now also on the newly revealed Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
The details were unveiled during the latest final specs livestream and 19-minute trailer broadcast. Level-5 announced cross-platform compatibility as well as cross-save features for all platforms. The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will offer HDR, high frame rate, mouse support, high resolution, and GameChat support. However, the release date has been postponed from June to August 21st. Notably, this edition will be exclusively available digitally on a global scale.
The new website shows an increase in prices, with the standard edition now costing $69.99 and the Deluxe Edition priced at $79.99. If you’re a current standard edition owner looking to upgrade, it will cost you an additional $13.99 for the Deluxe Edition. However, Level-5 has not disclosed the pricing details for the Nintendo Switch 2 upgrade yet. They have announced that an upgrade option will be available for purchase on the Nintendo platform, but they haven’t revealed its price as of now. Alongside the pre-order and Deluxe Edition contents, Level-5 also shared a roadmap outlining future updates.
