A standout indie game akin to Blue Prince rarely surfaces on Steam each week, but when it does, it’s hard to resist its allure. This recent release attracted over 7,000 simultaneous players within just 24 hours and has garnered generally positive feedback, although some critics take issue with the randomness factor. Nonetheless, let’s delve into what truly captivates us: the Vac Indicators puzzle. Once you locate the clue, it becomes surprisingly straightforward.
How to get clues for Blue Prince VAC Indicators puzzle
In the utility closet, you’ll find a fusebox with six lights requiring specific colors for the puzzle solution. Clues for this are distributed in two rooms. Start by visiting the security room and examining the noticeboard. Interact with it and use your magnifying glass to decipher the Terminal Password hint, which should read SWANSONG. However, since I’ve already shared that information, you can skip straight to using the password.
After that, make your way to the office space, locate the computer there, and input the password to access it. Open your emails, and the second one should provide the right sequence of lights for you:
- Off, Blue, Green, White, Red, Purple.
The difficult part comes next. Contrary to what it may seem, changing the light to white isn’t straightforward. The solution for this can be found in the fourth email. In order to make one of the lights white, you should first change all of them to purple.
Blue Prince VAC Indicators puzzle solution
Go to the utility closet, locate the fuse box there, ensure the first five switches are blue and the last one is off. Here’s a tip: Changing the state of the last switch to off will impact the ones next to it, so exercise caution while doing so.
- Start with the sixth light (the one from the right side) and turn it Red.
- Turn the fifth light Off, and the sixth light will turn Purple.
- Now, turn the fifth light Red and turn the fourth light Off. Follow this pattern to turn every light Purple (the first light will turn Purple after you turn it Red and click on it once more).
- Now click on the fourth light – it should turn White, while all other lights remain Purple.
- Turn the fifth light Red. The sixth light should be Blue.
- Turn the sixth light Off, and the fifth light will turn Purple.
- Turn the fifth light Blue.
- Turn the sixth light Red. The fifth light should be Blue.
- Now, turn the fifth light Red. The sixth light should be Purple.
- Turn the second light Off. The adjacent lights will turn Blue.
- Turn the first light Off. The second light will turn Blue.
- Lastly, turn the third light Green.
If you carefully adhere to the given instructions and find that the light sequence is Off, Blue, Green, White, Red, Purple, then the doors situated on the right side of the fusebox ought to be unlocked or opened.
