Among the numerous enhancements made to the game by developers, one modification that particularly catches attention is the resolution of the Bleed issue. For those unaware, since version 2.3, there has been a glitch where pressing the “stop bleeding” button would have a slight delay before it effectively stopped the bleeding and prevented additional health reduction.
In high-pressure firefights, this problem becomes significantly challenging as you could find yourself needing to swiftly address wounds or neutralize an adversary without delay. Any lag in these actions might cause a decrease in your health meter when you assumed there was still ample time to stem the bleeding, or worse, result in your character’s demise if you attempt to treat the wound right before your health depletes completely.

I’ve personally observed this issue too, and just like u/Psychological-Fix806, I started a discussion on Reddit titled “Can’t Stop the Bleed Bug.” The thread has garnered attention due to its relevance, as many players have been vocal about their frustration with this problem since the last update. As you can see from the comments, it seems to be a widespread issue that’s causing quite a stir in the gaming community.
Speaking of which, it’s heartening to note that Crytek is swiftly addressing the issue in the 2.3.0.1 update. This suggests that the developers are becoming more responsive to bug reports from players, a development that Hunt: Showdown 1896 enthusiasts have been eagerly anticipating for quite some time.
