“Colin From Accounts” has been renewed for Season 3 at Paramount+.
I’m thrilled to announce that I, as a movie critic, am looking forward to the upcoming season where Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer reprise their on-screen roles, not just as talented actors, but also as contributors behind the scenes. As writers and executive producers, they bring a unique perspective that promises an engaging viewing experience.
Brammall and Dyer expressed great enthusiasm as they announced season three of our series. Given the cliffhanger at the end of season two, another installment seemed inevitable. They assure us that this time around, they’ll tie up loose ends effectively.
The series titled ‘Colin From Accounts’ premiered in the year 2022 and released its second season in 2024. This show has garnered significant praise from critics, as both seasons have achieved a perfect 100% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
In addition to Brammall and Dyer, the ensemble features Emma Harvie, Genevieve Hegney, Michael Logo, Helen Thomson, Darren Gilshenan, Annie Maynard, Tai Hara, Glenn Hazeldine, along with Celeste Barber, Virginia Gay, Justin Rosniak, John Howard, Lynne Porteus, and Broden Kelly.
Or, in a more casual tone:
Besides Brammall and Dyer, we’ve got Emma Harvie, Genevieve Hegney, Michael Logo, Helen Thomson, Darren Gilshenan, Annie Maynard, Tai Hara, Glenn Hazeldine, plus a few more interesting names like Celeste Barber, Virginia Gay, Justin Rosniak, John Howard, Lynne Porteus, and Broden Kelly.
In my perspective, this show can be defined as a heartwarming blend of romance and humor, focusing on imperfect yet amusing characters who find solace in each other amidst the messy, recognizable whirlwind of contemporary existence.
Apart from Brammall and Dyer, several executive producers for the show are Alison Hurbert-Burns, Lana Greenhalgh, Trent O’Donnell, Rob Gibson, and Ian Collie. Kevin Greene serves as a producer. The series is jointly commissioned by the Foxtel Group and produced by Easy Tiger Productions and CBS Studios. For Season 2, financing was provided with help from Screen NSW, through their Made in NSW Fund. Paramount Global Content Distribution handles distribution of the series outside Australia and New Zealand.
