I recently dived back into Hawk Tuah’s podcast, Talk Tuah, after a long gap of almost half a year. It’s great to be back in the gaming loop with Haliey Welch!
In the month of December 2024, Hawk’s launch of her personal cryptocurrency token, $Hawk, was swiftly followed by criticism as users started accusing it of being a “rug pull,” meaning an abrupt abandonment of a project after raising funds from investors.
Initially labeled as a “scam” by YouTube personality Coffeezilla, the project’s launch faced legal action from numerous investors. In due course, Welch declared her intention to aid the investors in recovering their investments through the ongoing lawsuit.
Since the crypto debate, Welch’s podcast has been relatively inactive since December 3, aside from a leaked conversation featuring FaZe CEO Ricky Banks. This has left listeners excitedly anticipating Welch’s re-emergence in the podcast scene.
On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, Talk Tuah returned with the show’s first episode in over four months.

In the latest episode of “Talk Tuah,” it was disclosed that the show has a new ownership following Hailey’s separation from Jake Paul’s media company, Betr, which took place on April 4th. At the outset of the program, Welch announced that she and her fellow host Chelsea now hold the official reins of “Talk Tuah.
Greetings once more as we delve into another installment of Talk Tuah! It’s been some time since our last meeting, however, now that we’re the new proprietors of this podcast, we might have ventured to London to secure a truly exceptional guest for your listening pleasure,” she shared.
In the comeback episode following the split with Jake Paul, Welch’s special guest is no one less than KSI, who is well-known for his boxing rivalry with Paul.
KSI pointed out Jake Paul too, expressing delight that Hailey has escaped his influence and can grow to become one of the top podcasts. However, he also warned that his comments might irritate Paul.
