Twitch streamer miraculously survives getting hit by car live on stream

A cyclist, who happens to be a Twitch streamer, journeying through various European urban areas to visit a friend, unfortunately got involved in an accident with a car while live-streaming on Twitch.

On the 8th of April, a captivating Twitch video emerged featuring me, Vault39, engaged in conversation with my audience while stationed by the roadside, apparently chatting over the phone, with the distant sound of a vehicle racing past echoing in the background.

In an unexpected turn of events, a vehicle crashed into Vault39 while he was on his bike, causing both him and the bicycle to tumble. The live-stream recording captures his agonized cries before it comes to an end.

Despite the erasure of the original VOD, snippets from the subsequent events depict Vault39 being transported in an ambulance while gazing at paramedics overhead.

Streamer involved in serious car crash live on Twitch

A Redditor claims that Vault39 joined forces with a different Russian streamer named Leva2k, who was embarking on a bicycle tour of various European cities known as “The Tour de Rome.

Vault39 was traveling from France to meet up with Leva2k when he was suddenly hit by the car.

Phew, it appears I’m alright! Thankfully, those kind bystanders who witnessed the mishap rushed over to help me. They gently placed me on the soft grass and stood guard until the ambulance showed up, carefully examining me for any potential injuries.

“Everything seems to be fine,” he said despite having been hit by a speeding vehicle.

Since his live stream ended inside the ambulance, Vault hasn’t yet launched (gone live). But, following the accident, videos show him in a hospital, signaling to the camera and waving. It seems like he had a lucky escape considering the situation. It remains unclear if he sustained any injuries or will only have a few scrapes as results.

It’s not unusual for us to witness traffic accidents being shown on live broadcasts. In fact, as far back as 2024, the founder of AMP, Agent00, experienced a car accident while streaming in real life. Unfortunately, another vehicle collided with one of his car doors during that incident.

In March 2025, a live-streamer on Kick experienced an unexpected fire in their vehicle, following some spirited spins (donuts) in an unoccupied parking area.
