A Nintendo of Canada representative announced that pre-ordering for the Nintendo Switch 2 won’t commence on April 9, 2025; instead, it will coincide with the yet-to-be-determined U.S. pre-order timing.
Similar to the postponement of pre-orders in the U.S., Nintendo Canada has assured that the release date for Switch 2 on June 5, 2025 remains unchanged despite this adjustment.
