Worldbox 0.50 is out, but mobile players with Android and iOS devices will have to wait longer

As a dedicated gamer, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news about WorldBox God Simulator! After a long hiatus of two years, this beloved game has risen from the ashes with fresh content. The 0.5 (Awakening the Monolith) update was unleashed in open beta on Steam, and if you’re one of us who owns the game there, jump right in to experience all the new features!

Unfortunately, my mobile-loving friends, we’ll have to exercise a bit more patience as the tests for Android and iOS versions are still underway. Let’s delve into why this delay is necessary.

Worldbox 0.50 Android and iOS beta explained

As previously mentioned, the 0.5 update for WorldBox God Simulator has been released as open beta on Steam. This means that anyone who’s interested can join in the fun! If you decide to participate, simply follow these steps: navigate to the game properties (our previous guide provides detailed instructions).

Unfortunately, mobile gamers can’t participate in this beta as the developers mentioned “due to platform limitations, we’re unable to provide an open beta for mobile devices.” Instead, they plan a closed test, which will be quite limited. At this point, details about the closed test, such as how to register and who is eligible, remain unclear. The release date is still undisclosed, and it appears we’ll have to wait for upcoming announcements in April for more information.

For those unable to join the beta version, I regret to inform you that you’ll need to hold off until the complete update release. As for when that will happen, unfortunately, no one can say for sure. However, there’s a possibility we might find out later this month along with additional information about mobile testing sessions.
