Indie developer RtsDimon recently shared a fresh trailer for his upcoming game, Dust Front RTS, as a gentle reminder (the last one was published in October 2023). You can view it below. However, the developer has yet to disclose an official release date for the title.

Dust Front Strategic Role-Playing Game

Inspired by popular series such as Command & Conquer and Warhammer 40K, this game transports us into a grim, procedurally generated world teeming with conflict. Players will command aviation, infantry, an array of vehicles, and unique abilities based on the chosen faction (Empire, Mutants, or Robots). Each faction also boasts a powerful “superweapon” capable of leveling entire cities.

In this real-time strategy game, you’ll find yourself immersed in a narrative where you play as the viceroy, engaged in combat against mutants, rebels, and the plague. The storyline isn’t strictly linear and could last approximately 6 to 8 hours. As you progress by accomplishing tasks, you’ll gain access to new units or structures, expanding your options during battles.

Approximately 16,000 Steam users are keeping tabs on the title we discussed, eagerly anticipating its release. However, the creator of this RTS game has yet to disclose any specific details about it. He’s been candid about working on the game single-handedly and self-funding it, which could potentially prolong the development period.
