In simpler terms, Schedule 1 might make you think you’re a powerful crime boss, but when you’ve got an inventory full of assorted items, it sometimes feels more like you’re just a compulsive collector instead.
In the whirlwind of producing premium methamphetamine and growing your operation, your inventory will accumulate quickly, including outdated seeds, unused skateboards, junk, and a multitude of discarded containers – whatever it is, you’ll find yourself amassing it.
Apologies for any disappointment, but Hyland Point doesn’t follow a “Marie Kondo your stuff” approach, so decluttering requires some strategic thinking. If you’re keen on creating room for new finds, here are some insights about disposing and trading goods within the game.
How to drop items
To begin with, it’s not appropriate to casually toss items around as if you were a careless litterer. Instead, you should properly dispose of them.
- Open your phone by pressing Tab. This will also bring up your Inventory.
- Look at the bottom right corner of the Inventory screen – there’s a small red box labeled “Discard.”
- Drag and drop any item into the Discard box.
- The item will be permanently deleted after a short time. (So, uh, don’t accidentally throw away something valuable because you’re not getting it back.)
As an alternative, you could discard items into garbage cans scattered throughout the city and within different safe zones. Not every item is suitable for disposal, however, waste such as empty packaging and containers can be carelessly thrown away to contribute towards additional destruction points.
Can you sell items?
Bad news: No, you can’t sell regular items. The only thing you can sell in Schedule I is drugs.
Scattered throughout Hyland Point are trash compactors that offer you a small amount of money in exchange for your garbage. If you’ve got an entrepreneurial spirit, head over to Dan’s Hardware to purchase a Litter Picker for just $50, pick up trash, and deposit it into a compactor to earn some extra cash.
You now have a basic understanding of the disposal and sales mechanics related to Schedule 1. For additional insights into Schedule 1, including its blend of GTA and Satisfactory elements, as well as tips on boosting productivity using the Management Clipboard, feel free to explore further.
