Before the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct presentation on April 2nd, 2025, there’s another one happening earlier! This smaller event is scheduled for March 27th, 2025, at 7 am PT / 10 am ET / 2 pm UTC. You can catch it on Nintendo’s official website and YouTube channel.
Furthermore, Nintendo has announced that the main theme for their upcoming presentation will center around a 30-minute showcase of upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch. As for which games might be featured in this half-hour broadcast, it’s been confirmed they’re designed to work on the original Switch system and could include both first-party and third-party titles.
It’s also possible that we could uncover additional details about the previously announced Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, which was initially unveiled during June 2024’s Direct and has a projected release in 2025. Since then, no specific date for its launch has been shared, but let’s keep our fingers crossed that we’ll get to play as Samus Aran again soon.
