LeBlanc’s visual refresh will arrive with patch 25.07, yet players are concerned that she might dominate the game too much in the PBE version. Interestingly, they haven’t even boosted her champion power, but her recent update includes some peculiarities that significantly enhance her strength.
In modernizing champions from the past, Riot Games can approach it in several ways. Occasionally, they will drastically revamp a champion’s abilities and align them with a fresh theme, such as Skarner. On other occasions, they might perform a minor update or rework that tweaks an ability or two while maintaining their core identity. The rework of Naafiri serves as a good illustration of this approach.
LeBlanc’s gameplay remains largely unchanged. Her skills remain identical, as do her damage outputs. Everything appears to be kept consistent with her original version.
However, due to adjustments made to how her actions unfold, she’s turned into a noticeably improved character for skilled players. Unintentionally, she received an overpowered boost during update 25.07.
LeBlanc’s visual update (accidentally) broke her
So, it seems like LeBlanc hasn’t had any changes or improvements in her stats or abilities. But somehow she appears to be significantly stronger now. What could account for this change?
From my gaming perspective, I’d say her W ability feels a tad too permissive in its current state. It seems like she can execute an array of actions during her dash, making her quite versatile and potentially overpowering.
It seems that the new Leblanc mechanic is quite astonishing, I must say! Some speculate that Riot intentionally designed it to be overwhelmingly powerful. This could potentially lead to some incredible plays!
The innovative Leblanc mechanism has left me speechless – it’s going to be sensational, I can feel it! It’s been theorized that Riot Games intended this for dramatic effect. With such a mechanic, we might witness some truly mind-blowing gameplay!

In a demonstration, Bobqin LeBlanc, an adept in technology, displayed her skills, showcasing that she can employ keys Q and E even while dashing. This also encompasses the ult dupe trick, implying that skilled LB players can arrange a powerful burst combo during their dash movements.
She can now easily defeat opponents with minimal interaction required. Previously, she also had the ability to do this, but her new skill of carrying two Sigils and detonating them with her dash deals an overwhelmingly high amount of damage.
It’s likely that Riot Games may fix this issue prior to LeBlanc’s visual update going live, but if they don’t, LeBlanc could become excessively dominant once these changes are implemented.
