After a long hiatus, the Illustrated Edition series of A Song of Ice and Fire is coming back this fall with the release of A Feast for Crows. This Illustrated Edition, which is the fourth novel in George R. R. Martin’s renowned fantasy series, is scheduled to hit bookstores on November 4. It has been around five years since the previous installment, A Storm of Swords: The Illustrated Edition, was published. Enthusiasts of Game of Thrones can now pre-order A Feast for Crows: The Illustrated Edition on Amazon for $50.

2016 saw the launch of The Illustrated Edition series, beginning with A Game of Thrones. Three years later, Random House released the illustrated version of A Clash of Kings in 2019. A Storm of Swords followed suit in the next year, but since then, fans have been patiently waiting. Compared to the anticipation for The Winds of Winter, the wait for the special hardcover edition of A Feast for Crows feels minimal. Given that it’s almost 14 years since A Dance with Dragons was released, five more years is insignificant.
