This Popular Game Is Banning Players For 10 Years

In simpler terms, the game Delta Force, which you can play for free, doesn’t take cheating lightly. The developers, Team Jade, have imposed bans lasting a full decade on more than 1,000 players who broke the rules of this tactical shooter game. Moreover, they haven’t stopped at that; additional preventative measures are also being implemented.

On platform X, the verified Delta Force account posted data about how the game’s administrators are handling cheaters. From March 14th to 20th, the security team reported that 1,446 players were banned, 694 devices were blocked, and more than 4,000 individuals were disconnected. The Delta Force website clarifies that cheating encompasses a variety of actions such as using unauthorized software, exhibiting inappropriate behavior, exploiting bugs or glitches maliciously, among other things. Additionally, the developer has a strict no-tolerance policy towards cheating, which is evident given that over 7,000 permanent bans were issued during Season Genesis in January.

24/7, our G.T.I. Security Team is diligently removing cheaters from the game. Here’s a breakdown of this week’s actions:
– 1446 ten-year bans issued
– 365 DMA (Day After Matchmaking) bans applied
– 694 devices blocked
– 13,475 cheat attempts thwarted
– 4044 players forced offline

Last month, I stumbled upon an unexpectedly free Black Hawk Down campaign for Delta Force. This add-on is a remake of the 2003 game with the same name, inspired by the Hollywood film based on real events that took place in 1993 – specifically, the Battle of Mogadishu. In addition, the Warfare mode provides an exhilarating 32-vs.-32 online multiplayer experience in the tactical shooter genre for gamers like me.

In December, Delta Force made its debut on PC platforms and quickly found itself among Steam’s most popular games that month, sharing the spotlight with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. This free-to-play game has managed to keep a substantial number of players engaged as well, boasting over 52,000 simultaneous players at the time of release, according to SteamDB.

On April 21st, the tactical shooter will be available for mobile devices. Later in the year, Delta Force is expected to debut on both PlayStation and Xbox gaming platforms.
