Yet, being well-known isn’t always a bed of roses, as he made clear during his March 18 interview on the IMPAULSIVE podcast hosted by Logan Paul.
Sketch shares raw truth about battling anxiety: “Impending doom”
In the course of the program, Sketch shared insights about his anxieties, momentarily losing composure as he talked about his past life and managing his mental well-being amidst his career as an online entertainer, causing him to shed tears.
“I don’t really mind crying on camera, not in a podcast way. I don’t know, I just feel like I’ve had anxiety all day. Now I feel better, but sometimes I have to catch my breath.”
Sketch went on to state that he wanted the moment included in the podcast because he’d “rather people know” about this side of him, showing that even one of the most famous people on Twitch struggles with stress and anxiety.
He described it as an “inevitable disaster,” he shared, alluding to his rapid rise to prominence. “I’ve always felt like my time was running out. I couldn’t imagine a future beyond that, so I never made any plans…That’s why I smoke and drink excessively – because I’m quite anxious.

Paul and Majlak quickly gave the streamer some encouragement, assuring him that he is well-loved by his many fans and sharing their own experiences as famous figures making their own way through life.
In fact, a swath of fans and fellow creators jumped to his defense after his previous content was brought to light in 2024, with the likes of Kai Cenat and FaZe Banks staunchly sticking by the broadcaster.
