A New Streaming TV Show Was Basically Scrubbed From The Internet Over Alleged Plagiarism Claims, And A Lawsuit Is (Likely) Coming

On November 20th, Apple TV removed all marketing materials – including trailers and photos – for the upcoming French drama series, The Hunt, without providing a reason. The series was originally scheduled to launch in December. Now, according to French media expert Clement Garin (as reported by Apple Insider), the removal is due to allegations that the show’s creator, Cédric Anger, plagiarized the plot from the novel Shoot by Douglas Fairbairn.
