Neon Revenge

The Legend of the Sandfish

In “The Legend of the Sandfish,” Mio and Zoe journey into a world dominated by sand, requiring them to evade, sprint, and collaborate in order to elude the menacing sandfish. To successfully navigate this adventure, you’ll need to master timing and strategize your paths, and at some point, you might even discover yourself riding on the back of a sandfish.

Farmlife

In the entertaining subplot of the game, Farmlife, characters Mio and Zoe undergo a peculiar transformation – they turn into pigs. Aren’t they adorable? However, there’s a twist: later on, Mio and Zoe will end up as sausages. Unfortunately, this tale doesn’t have a fairy-tale ending for piggies like them.

Mountain Hike

This side story can be a bit hard to find. When you come across an area where you’ll have to deal with some portable toilets, stop for a moment. Mio will need to go inside one of them, and Zoe must use her grab skill to lift it up and toss it at the ladder hanging from the roof to the left. This action will bring the ladder down, showing the path to the side story. Be cautious since it doesn’t have the sound cues that other side stories typically have, making it easy to overlook. However, once you locate it, it’s definitely worth your time. Mio and Zoe will spend some time navigating a mountain, dodging the footsteps and wrath of giants.

1. To find a hidden side story, look for an area with portable toilets.
2. Mio will enter one toilet, while Zoe must pick up another one and throw it at a ladder to make it fall and reveal the path to the side story.
3. This side story doesn’t have sound cues like other stories, so it can be easy to miss. But don’t worry; it’s worth finding!
4. Once you find it, Mio and Zoe will navigate a mountain while avoiding giants.

Hopes of Spring

Train Heist

In essence, the game “Train Heist” leans more towards a thrilling pursuit rather than a traditional heist, as characters Mio and Zoe revert to side-scrolling playstyles. They encounter The Conductor, a formidable orb-like adversary who expresses considerable displeasure about their unwanted presence.

Gameshow

Among the more challenging anecdotes we encountered was a tale involving Mio and Zoe caught up in a perplexing robotic game show hosted by a malfunctioning emcee, who found amusement in making them manage time bombs. Each bomb could be held for just a few moments before it had to be passed on to the other person. The stage became increasingly intricate with each round, featuring fire, electric shocks, and vanishing platforms, intensifying the peril.

Collapsing Star

In a brief detour from the main plot, characters Mio and Zoe find themselves fixed on the dying sun, its rays proving lethal as it succumbs. As the sun dies, it unleashes destructive bursts of light across the world. To survive, you must locate safe spots to take cover. A crucial piece of advice for the story’s conclusion: Mio and Zoe should share one protective shield, taking turns to use each other’s. Trying to finish this side story with only your personal shield will lead to being trapped as the sun ultimately collapses.

Final Dawn

Kites

In this additional tale, Mio and Zoe engage in an aerial contest, navigating the skies using tunnels, kites, and wind vents. The question remains: who will emerge victorious? Navigating towards the floating orbs that grant elevation can be challenging; a missed target might lead to a fatal plunge. Our advice is to avoid altering the camera perspective too frequently to prevent feelings of disorientation.

Moon Market

Time to save some feline friends! Mio and Zoe need your help as they aim to save a total of four cats to unlock paths ahead. Don’t forget to explore and engage with various objects scattered around the town square, particularly the magical potions, once you obtain the Moon Market.

Notebook

In my gaming adventure, I find myself captivated by a stunningly drawn art piece that unfolds the tale of Mio and Zoe embarking on a daring rescue mission to save a prince. This enchanting quest is nestled within the Factory level, and Zoe’s distinctive voice alerts me with an audio clue for its location. As I navigate through the level, Zoe revises the story in real-time, causing various parts of the level to materialize, vanish, or transform.

Rise of the Dragon Realm

Slopes of War

In Split Fiction, you’ll find an exciting spin-off tale reminiscent of the thrilling SSX series. Characters Mio and Zoe strap on futuristic snowboards for a high-scoring adventure!

Space Escape

As a gamer, I found myself in a tight spot alongside Mio and Zoe, floating aimlessly in the cold, dark expanse of space. The grappling hook mechanic from earlier in our adventure made a chilling return, but this time with an unexpected twist – we were grappling in zero gravity!

Mio was urging Zoe to work swiftly, but there was no countdown ticking away. However, I could feel the tension in her voice as she warned about the gravity meter slowly depleting. With every passing second, our chances of survival dwindled. So, despite no explicit time limit, we knew we had to act fast.

Working together was key, and it wasn’t long before we spotted the elusive oxygen tanks scattered across the vast void. We had to act quickly, or risk suffocating in the cold embrace of space. With every tank collected, our hearts pounded a little less frantically, but the gravity meter still dipped dangerously low.

The race against time continued as we grappled and maneuvered through the darkness, always on the lookout for more oxygen tanks. We knew that if we could find enough, we might just stand a chance at survival in this inhospitable environment. It was a nerve-wracking experience, but the thrill of overcoming the odds kept us going.

Birthday Cake

Among Mio’s seldom-shared amusing tales, this one was penned during her youthful days. In this game, you’ll guide teeth navigating through levels using vibrant cartoon platforming stages. As you light the candles on a birthday cake, you’ll ultimately wind up in a dentist’s office where survival becomes the challenge.

Once you’ve wrapped up all the subplots, why not explore methods for hatching the egg of the Underlands bird or navigating through treacherous piranha-filled waters, if you find yourself stuck.
