At long last, McDonald’s has made its much-loved breakfast dish available at every restaurant nationwide in the U.S.
In terms of quick meals, McDonald’s breakfast selection boasts several top-selling dishes that are widely recognized throughout the fast food sector.
1975 saw the debut of the Egg McMuffin, and over the years, they’ve expanded their breakfast offerings significantly, adding numerous items such as the McGriddle, hashbrowns, and many more. For quite some time, McDonald’s bagel sandwiches were a hit on their breakfast menu, but both these sandwiches and the all-day breakfast option were discontinued in 2020.
In 2024, the chain resumed testing its products in select markets once more, and made headlines for sandwich enthusiasts in February 2025.

News about the 50th anniversary of McDonald’s breakfast offerings was announced in a jubilant press statement.
After fifty years, it remains the best of the best. To celebrate this golden jubilee, the iconic Golden Arches are increasing their commitment to breakfast by providing customers additional incentives to start their day with McDonald’s and enjoy discounts on their preferred items.
At long last, I can’t contain my excitement as I share that McDonald’s famous bagel sandwiches have now made their way across the nation! From the timeless taste of Bacon, Egg & Cheese, to the savory Sausage, Egg & Cheese, and the legendary Steak, Egg & Cheese, McDonald’s has ensured that these favorites are within reach no matter where I find myself.
In addition to their nationwide bagel debut, McDonald’s is providing its Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffin with Egg at a $1 price point until March 2nd. Moreover, they’ve revealed that Krispy Kreme donuts will be expanding to more U.S. restaurants, with a goal of nationwide availability by the end of 2026.

Apart from bringing back the bagel, McDonald’s also plans to reintroduce another favorite next year – Snack Wraps! This comeback is backed by a new chicken strip offering, although they haven’t specified an exact date for its return. However, some enthusiastic customers have already spotted the new chicken strip at various McDonald’s restaurants across the U.S.
