In 2024, Chu will be the director for both the film adaptation of “Wicked” and its sequel “Wicked: For Good.” Prior to this, he has directed movies like “In the Heights,” two installments of the “Step Up” series, and “G.I. Joe: Retaliation.” Currently, Chu is represented by Artists First, UTA, Goodman, Genow, Schenkman, Smelkinson & Christopher, and ID PR.
