Jennifer Coolidge shares her thoughts on the return of Greg, the potentially murderous spouse portrayed by Jon Gries, in the third season of “The White Lotus.

In the second season of “The White Lotus,” my character Tanya met an unfortunate end when I slipped off a boat during a harrowing encounter with a group of men who seemed intent on harming me. This tense moment spawned the humorous catchphrase, “It’s these guys again, they’re trying to do me in!
It became clear to Tanya that the men associated with her husband Greg (portrayed by Gries) were connected to her, and it seemed probable that one of them, Quentin (played by Tom Hollander), was having an affair with Greg. Tanya began to fear that Greg had devised a plan to swindle her money, instructing Quentin to carry out the act of murder against her. In the first season, Tanya and Greg first crossed paths, with Greg being known for his work at the Bureau of Land Management and dealing with a terminal illness.
In the third season, Gries reappears under a fresh alias, Gary, and can be spotted at a White Lotus resort in Thailand alongside his girlfriend Charlotte Le Bon, known as Chloe. Interestingly, Belinda (Natasha Rothwell) is also present in Thailand, and she shares a past with the character previously known as Greg.
Coolidge expressed her deep regret, almost envy, for not being a part of season three, as she confidently predicted from the very first episode that it would be excellent.
Coolidge expressed his unease to Forbes, stating that whatever he had arranged seems very unsettling; it’s hard to tell what people are planning at this point. His suspicion? Something disastrous is likely to happen. He believes things are bound to take a turn for the worse.
