It’s not your imagination: If you’ve recently watched Invincible Season 3 Episode 6, it might sound familiar because the voices of Powerplex and Becky Duvall are played by well-known voice actors.
Currently, the cast of Invincible boasts a massive size. As each new season unfolds, the roster keeps expanding; Season 3 saw no less than nine fresh faces joining the series.
In this setup, Simu Liu portrayed Multi-Paul, Dupli-Kate’s brother. John DiMaggio appeared as The Elephant, a character who suffered the indignity of getting beaten up by Oliver. Lastly, Jonathan Banks and Doug Bradley were cast in secret roles; although we don’t know their characters yet, we do know who they will be playing.
In the most recent installment of Invincible, the spotlight fell on Scott Duvall, also known as Powerplex – a formidable foe who seeks revenge, possessing the unique power to siphon energy and turn it against his adversaries. Interestingly enough, he’s portrayed by someone familiar to us.

In Invincible Season 3, Powerplex is given voice by Aaron Paul, who is famously recognized for his portrayal of Jesse Pinkman on Breaking Bad, and also for his roles in Westworld, Bojack Horseman, and Beyond the Sea.
At the conclusion of Episode 6, the situation seems grim for the character, but since the comics hint at a possible resurrection of Powerplex, there’s a strong possibility that Paul could reappear in the role again.
As a fellow gamer, let me tell you, working alongside Aaron has been nothing short of a gaming dream come true. His skills as Powerplex are simply unmatched, and hearing Robert Kirkman describe him that way only reinforces what I’ve witnessed firsthand. Truly amazing!
The character is exceptionally interesting because he’s closely connected with pivotal events in Invincible’s past, and the series has given us an opportunity to delve deeper into these elements than we could in the original comics, resulting in a richer narrative for this character on screen.

Becky Duvall voice actor in Invincible
Becky Duvall, Scott’s wife and the mother of his child, is played by Kate Mara.
Some viewers might think Krysten Ritter plays the character Becky, given her likeness to Beth from Breaking Bad and Paul’s connection to the show. However, it’s actually Mara who voices Becky, an actress recognized for her roles in House of Cards, 24, and American Horror Story.
Notably, Mara starred alongside Paul in Black Mirror Season 6’s ‘Beyond the Sea’ episode.
Mara also appeared in Brokeback Mountain, Shooter, and 2015’s Fantastic Four movie.
