Law enforcement officials were summoned to Kensington, Philadelphia, following the spontaneous gathering of several hundred enthusiasts who wanted to interact with live streamer N3on and local hip-hop artist Skrilla during a live event.
On the streaming platform, Kick, and on YouTube, Neon has amassed a significant following of approximately 300,000 and 800,000 fans respectively, making him quite a well-known figure.
During his live streams, he’s famous for engaging in unpredictable antics that sometimes escalate too much. However, during one of his broadcasts in February 2025, his actions caught the notice of law enforcement officials.
On the 25th of February, N3on teamed up with the local Philly rapper Skrilla for a fan gathering in the Kensington district of Philadelphia; however, the occasion didn’t last long as it was abruptly cancelled.

Police break up N3on’s fan meetup as crowds take over Philly streets
According to ABC6 Action News, roughly two hundred enthusiasts, including myself, flocked to the location, eagerly waiting for a glimpse of Skrilla and the live-streamer. Even N3on seemed taken aback by the sheer number of supporters who turned up.
As a fervent admirer, I found myself right in the thick of it when two beloved stars turned Kensington Avenue and F Street into an impromptu red carpet, causing quite the commotion! The sheer magnitude of fans flooding the streets, walking down the middle of the roads, led to a wave of complaints from residents who felt compelled to call the police for assistance.

In just under two hours of live streaming in Philadelphia, accompanied by Skrilla and his group, N3on had to abruptly halt the tour and seek shelter indoors due to the unexpected arrival of police officers.
Regardless of being closed down, N3on expressed appreciation towards the warm reception he received, describing it as “nothing but love” from the locals. He even went so far as to label Philadelphia as the “top city in the nation.
In a light-hearted manner, as he was escaping, Neon quipped that the situation reminded him of the Grand Theft Auto series, informing his chauffeur that they had garnered a “top-tier” level of pursuit during their efforts to elude the crime scene.

According to law enforcement, the pair failed to obtain a required permit before they publicized the fan meetup on social media, which took place that evening without one.
On previous occasions, the police have intervened because of N3on’s live streams; in May 2024, the NYPD apprehended notorious street racer Squeeze Benz following a hit-and-run accident he instigated while N3on was streaming from within the vehicle with him.
