It’s amazing to think that it managed to stay alive for two years with just a few hundred players at its peak. Yet, we all know how this game skyrocketed in popularity in 2020. It not only catapulted the creators to new heights, but I bet many of us have been using phrases and references from this game ever since. Even though the buzz around the game has subsided, it continues to attract thousands of new fans every day. The developers haven’t stopped there and are continuing to build on their success. First came Among Us VR, and now they’ve announced a new step in the series evolution – Among Us 3D. What exactly is it and when can we get our hands on it? To begin with, let’s make clear that Among Us 3D represents an advancement, the next phase in the evolution of Among Us VR, eventually phasing out the original. It’s important to mention that the transition from Among Us in VR to 3D will be a gradual process, not an immediate one. This means that it’s not as simple as flipping a switch; instead, it involves ongoing efforts to smoothly move between the two versions.
