Looking for Fellowship release date? You will have to wait

It’s undeniable that multiplayer games have a massive following. If we examine the top 5 Steam titles with the highest 24-hour player peak (as provided by SteamDB), it becomes clear that they all emphasize cooperative play (coop) and player versus player (PvP), rather than solo experiences. Thus, it’s no surprise that one of the most well-received demos during the Steam Next Fest is the Fellowship playtest, which offers cooperative boss raids similar to MMORPGs without requiring extensive grinding. Many players are intrigued by this concept and eagerly await the game’s release date.

Fellowship will be released this year

This cooperative game, named Fellowship, revolves around challenging battles against formidable bosses. If you’ve ever dreamed of joining a World of Warcraft raid but found the grinding tedious, this might be just what you need. Currently, it’s being playtested, but unfortunately, we don’t have a confirmed release date for version 1.0 as of yet. It seems that the launch may not be imminent, but keep in mind there’s also some positive news on the horizon!

On the Discord channel, moderators have revealed some info about the upcoming launch of the game. It’s planned to debut as an early access version and it seems like it will happen later in the year. While we don’t know the exact date yet, it’s likely that the current playtest is the final test for the developers before they release the game. If this is true, details about the release should be shared soon after the event ends on March 3rd. So, keep an eye out!
