Moreover, aside from being a gamer himself, he openly expresses his desire to feature in the adaptation of Epic’s popular game, Gears of War.

In response to a question about a possible Gears of War movie from comicbook.com in this video, Bautista encourages fans to initiate a campaign by creating an online petition, urging streaming service Netflix: “Let’s start an online movement for Gears of War! Hey Netflix, make your move already!
I’ve been persistently working towards making this project a reality as well, and let me tell you, I haven’t held back in expressing my enthusiasm. ‘Netflix, let’s make this happen!’
John Spaihts, who has contributed to the scripts for films like Dune, Passengers, and Prometheus, is now in charge of writing for Gears of War. When asked about his new role, he expressed his excitement saying: “Gears of War is one of the greatest action games ever made, boasting memorable characters, a stunningly designed universe, and a battle system that underscores the brutality of war and the significance of sticking together with your comrades.
“It wants to be cinema, and I’m thrilled to have the chance to help that happen.”
