After initially posting a video on his YouTube channel hinting at Season 2 featuring T-Pain as the new host, MoistCr1tikal later clarified that the entire announcement was mere speculation with no concrete plans in place.
On the 22nd of February, the YouTuber MoistCr1tikal, who is also recognized as Penguinz0 or just “Charlie”, posted a YouTube video titled “Saying Goodbye“. In this video, he expressed that it was now the right moment for him to depart from content creation altogether.
18 years ago, I started this adventure on YouTube. For more than half my life, I’ve been creating amusing content online, and every moment of it has been a delight. I hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as I have. However, now it’s time for me to move on. Instead of shedding tears because this chapter is ending, let’s be joyful because the sequel will be even more fantastic! I’m entrusting you all to capable hands. That’s essentially it; see you later.
After the big reveal by YouTuber veteran Ray William Johnson, I’m excited to share that Season 2 of my YouTube channel will feature a fresh lineup! Among them is none other than the legendary rapper T-Pain, stepping in for Charlie this time around. Can’t wait to see what he brings to the table!
Although many understood it was playful banter, numerous spectators were intrigued about the purpose behind the video and if anything substantial would follow. The most prevalent speculation among fans was that he was taking a brief trip away. However, Moist has recently clarified that all theories were unfounded, revealing it was merely a jest.
Moist says there was no reason for “Saying Goodbye” video
On Charlie’s YouTube channel, only one video featuring T-Pain instead of Charlie was uploaded. Subsequently, Charlie shared another video explaining the purpose behind this swap, or rather, the apparent absence of any clear motive.
He expressed confusion about the recent experience they shared and its significance, stating that he’d try to explain it as clearly as possible. Using a metaphor, he likened the encounter to receiving an ‘I love you’ from a stripper – implying it had no real or deep meaning.

Many have speculated that these events were mere amusement, but in truth, they had nothing to do with my upcoming holiday. In fact, there was absolutely no purpose behind them whatsoever.
Here’s a fun twist: Moist and his crew were simply playing a prank on the YouTube community, nothing more serious than that. It was all in good spirits!
Despite the significant expenses associated with this project, they pale in comparison to the enormous sums Charlie has squandered in his esports investments.
