With Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again arriving on Disney+ in late March, the two actors have very different opinions on the matter.

The movie Bloodsport follows U.S. Army Captain Frank Dux as he competes in the Kumite, a secret martial arts tournament held in Hong Kong. It’s currently unknown how closely the new version, led by Michaela Coel, will follow the original story. We also don’t know if Coel will play the fighter herself, or if the film will introduce a new actor with a background in MMA or professional wrestling. These are just some initial ideas being considered.

What sets They Will Kill You apart? The main characters are Black women, played by Zazie Beetz and Myha’la, a change from the blonde leads in the original. Instead of becoming part of the family through marriage, they’re tricked into working as maids. The wealthy villains aren’t trying to take over the world – they’re simply ruthless killers. And the film was directed by Russian filmmaker Kiril Sokolov, rather than the American group Radio Silence.

This is Lola Tung’s first significant role since starring in The Summer I Turned Pretty. After the film, she discussed how the two characters differed. Joking about the darker nature of her new role, and dressed in a dramatic black outfit – a lingerie top, skirt, and cape – she quipped, “I guess you could say Cousins is pretty dangerous.”
