Twitch celebrity Kai Cenat had a FaceTime conversation with streamer Deshae Frost, advising him to temporarily halt his “content related to girls” due to a ban that ensued from a questionable prank stream.
On February 19, 2025, the actor and streamer Deshae Frost faced a ban from Twitch following public outcry over a prank he played on a woman at Target.
The objective of the ‘joke’ was to acquire a large number of phone numbers. However, Frost’s approach towards the woman was met with disapproval because of the way he addressed her. As a result, the prank was criticized and categorized as “inappropriate behavior” or “sexual misconduct.
In a composed yet tense conversation, the woman’s brother repeated similar words to caution Frost, expressing concern about him playing such tricks again in the future.
It’s not just him who cautioned Frost; even Kai Cenat, a well-known streamer on Twitch, contacted the actor to offer guidance about his content and potential backlash if he continues down this path.

On February 20, Frost listened in as Kai shared his concerns during a live stream, explaining that the type of content he creates featuring girls was damaging his reputation negatively.
Kai commented, “It seems like you believe ‘girl-related content’ should always be prominent.” He added, “Do you understand what I’m saying? Honestly, without a doubt, based solely on that clip, whether it was a prank or not, looking in from the outside, it appears quite bizarre to me.
My idea is this – people often place you in a storyline that involves you socializing with women and engaging in romantic or intimate activities. As a result, whenever they observe you with a female companion, they tend to fit you into that same narrative.

Deshae Frost apologizes after Target prank sparks backlash
During his live stream on February 20th, Frost openly expressed regret and offered an apology to the lady he encountered at Target, along with her brother, acknowledging that he had gone too far by making certain comments during his broadcast.
He apologized sincerely, acknowledging his mistake, “I’m truly sorry for how things transpired and for expressing myself in that manner.” He went on to explain, “I realize now I had no business saying what I did to you, especially since you were on the phone with your mom at the time.
