“Nobody Wants This” Season 2 has added two new guest stars.
It has been revealed solely by EbMaster that Leighton Meester and Miles Fowler are set to make guest appearances in the second season of a widely-loved Netflix comedy series. This news is bound to excite Meester’s fans, as she will be joining a show that her husband, Adam Brody, stars in.
This film titled “Nobody Wants This” features an impressive ensemble cast including Kristen Bell, Stephanie Faracy, Michael Hitcock, Tovah Feldshuh, Paul Ben-Victor, Emily Arlook, Jackie Tohn, Sherry Cola, and Shiloh Berman.
Master will portray Abby, a former middle school rival of Joanne (Bell), who has transformed into an influential Instagram mom. Meanwhile, Fowler appears as Lenny, a fellow teammate of Noah’s (Brody) on the Matzah Ballers, who is matched with Morgan (Justine Lupe).
This way, the information remains accurate but sounds more conversational and easier to understand.
The official series description states:
At a social gathering, a podcast presenter who is agnostic and an unorthodox rabbi recovering from a past relationship encounter each other. As they leave the event hand-in-hand, Joanne (Bell) and Noah (Brody), an improbable couple, sense a connection. However, they are also aware of the challenges that may arise due to their contrasting perspectives on life, contemporary hurdles in romance, and the interference, at times helpful and at others detrimental, from their families – Joanne’s sister Morgan (Lupe) and Noah’s brother Sasha (Simons).
Known primarily for her lead role as Blair Waldorf on the TV show “Gossip Girl,” which ran for six seasons on The CW, Taylor Meester also made appearances opposite Bell in the popular series “Veronica Mars.” Other television roles include parts in “24,” “Single Parents,” and “How I Met Your Father.” Upcoming projects include a guest spot in Rachel Sennott’s forthcoming HBO comedy series. In film, Meester has acted in movies such as “The Oranges,” “The Judge,” and “The Roommate.
She is repped by UTA and The Lede Company.
Recently, Fowler appeared in the Netflix comedy series titled “A Man on the Inside.” He is also recognized for his roles in the critically praised comedy movie called “Bottoms,” as well as TV shows such as “The Resident” on Fox and “Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty” on HBO.
He is repped by Paradigm and Authentic.
Following its debut in September, ‘Nobody Wants This’ was promptly renewed in October. In no time, it climbed to the number one spot on Netflix’s English-language TV Top 10 list and remained there for a period of six consecutive weeks.

Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan will take over as showrunners and executive producers for Season 2. Additionally, Steven Levitan and Oly Obst are also executive producers on the series, with Bell taking on both executive producing duties and a starring role. Sara Foster, Danielle Stokdyk, and Jeff Morton are also among the executive producers, while Nora Silver from Jenni Konner productions has joined as an executive producer specifically for Season 2.
