Dying Light 2’s Permanent Tower Raid Mode Launches In Celebration Of Series’ 10th Anniversary

Techland, the creators of Dying Light, have been busy organizing festivities for the franchise’s 10th anniversary, as they shared in various social media posts and updates on their official website last month. This celebration plan was detailed in an Anniversary Celebration roadmap, which encompasses new content and features, events, tweaks to the game, and additional perks that players can discover in both Dying Light games, available across all platforms.

The three-week-long Anniversary Festivities will offer additional Rewards for Pilgrim Outpost and the “Light Up the Night” Twitch stream that aired on February 19th, 2025, where gamers could compete against members of the development team. Moreover, a new permanent game mode in Dying Light 2 has been unveiled, allowing players to showcase their survival abilities – this mode is now accessible within the game itself.
