In the realm of No Man’s Sky, the Worlds Part 2 update has certainly shaken things up, introducing a host of improvements to gameplay that I’ve been enjoying…mostly! However, it seems like a few unforeseen glitches have crept in, and one particular annoyance is losing my hard-earned inventory due to the updated sorting system. But hey, every update has its quirks, right? Now, here’s something peculiar: gamers embarking on the Titan expedition are encountering some unusual behavior when attempting to approach Crystal Sulphide. It’s like stepping into an alien mystery!
There’s something wrong with Crystal Sulphide in NMS Titan expedition
Crystal Sulfide plays a crucial role in various crafting formulas within NMS, and it’s indispensable for specific achievements during the Titan Expedition. You can obtain some by accomplishing the Crush Zone milestone, however, the amount you get won’t be nearly sufficient.
Crystal Sulphide is abundant, often found in underwater vents. So, any body of water should contain it. However, when attempting to gather it, you mysteriously get propelled back up to the surface. Although the mineral produces a small burst of heated water, this shouldn’t result in such a forceful ejection. Regrettably, it appears that this could be an issue requiring immediate attention – a bug that needs fixing promptly.
Some players have encountered an unusual problem with underwater pressure following the most recent update – dive below 20 units and, unexpectedly, they’re shot back up to the surface. However, this peculiarity is exclusive to moons, not planets. Therefore, if you’re attempting to collect Crystal Sulphide on a moon, be cautious of this glitch. Here’s hoping Hello Games addresses it swiftly.
Apart from the challenge of the Titan expedition, players are also grappling with locating the Submerged Freighter, managing tornadoes, and gathering resources such as Storm Crystals, Sea Glass, and Chromatic Metal. Don’t fret though, we’ve got guides to help you navigate through it all!
