As a long-time admirer of the arts and the magic they weave in our lives, I am absolutely thrilled about the third season of “Farmer Wants a Wife.” The decision to replace Jennifer Nettles with Kimberly Williams-Paisley is a masterstroke, in my humble opinion. Her extensive experience in film and television, coupled with her unique journey into the country life, makes her the perfect fit for this role.

The popular dating show “Farmer Wants a Wife” is coming back for its third season, and it will air on Thursdays, starting from March 20.

Actress and writer Kimberly Williams-Paisley is stepping into the hosting role previously held by country singer Jennifer Nettles. With a long career spanning film and television, Williams-Paisley has made a name for herself with memorable performances in “Father of the Bride” and “According to Jim.

Williams-Paisley mentioned that she enjoyed expressing her true self during this show, as it was her debut in an unscripted series. Being a city girl who adopted country life after marrying her husband over two decades ago, she could understand the charm these ladies found in farmers. She admires how committed this program and its creators are in assisting these aspiring farmers and women in finding love.

The third installment introduces a fresh set of rural farmers, who welcome urban ladies seeking a life-changing experience, as they embark on a romantic journey. Williams-Paisley serves as a mentor to these farmers during their quest for genuine romance.

Michael Thorn, president of Fox Television Network, expressed his excitement about Kimberly Williams-Paisley stepping into the host position. He believes her captivating charm as an entertainer, combined with her exceptional personality and extraordinary love story, make her an ideal choice for this role and our network.

The reality show ‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ has been broadcast in 34 different nations, leading to 226 marriages and the birth of 565 children. The couples from the last season, Mitchell Kolinsky and his partner Sydney Errera, as well as Nathan Smothers and Taylor BeDell, are still together.
