The voting for this year’s Steam Awards is now open, and the sci-fi exploration game set in an open world has been nominated in the “Labor of Love” category. This recognition comes as a result of the developers’ tireless dedication to cultivating and sustaining their project. Additionally, the game has achieved a significant feat by receiving the “Very Positive” badge on its Steam page, which is based on 248,330 total reviews. Studio founder Sean Murray expressed his delight about this milestone on social media.

For a short period during Steam’s Autumn Sale, the space exploration game, No Man’s Sky, is reduced by 60%. This means PC players can acquire it and access all major updates since its launch, including the latest Worlds Part I update. The creators have also shared that they will re-run all the 2024 releases of expeditions over a two-week span from Thanksgiving weekend through December and January 2025. This includes popular adventures like Omega and The Cursed, as they keep supporting No Man’s Sky while working on their upcoming game, Light No Fire, which is now available to add to your wishlist on Steam.
