Star Wars Hunters Warping To Steam Early Access Next Year

As a seasoned gamer with decades of Star Wars and arena shooter experience under my belt, I can confidently say that the announcement of Star Wars Hunters coming to PC is music to my ears (or should I say, blaster fire?). Having played games like this on consoles for years, it’s always a refreshing change to have the option to play them on PC with customizable controls and improved graphics.

As a gamer, I’m super excited to share that Star Wars Hunters, which made its entrance on Nintendo Switch and mobile devices this year, is set to storm another battleground next time! Zynga has just announced that the action-packed, free-to-play arena shooter will be joining the PC gaming community as a free download on Steam Early Access in 2025. Can’t wait to get my hands on it!

The PC port will feature graphical and performance upgrades, including improved textures, shadows, and rendering quality. The port will also include support for keyboard and mouse along with wireless controllers, and keybinding will be available on all control schemes for custom layouts.

Star Wars Hunters Warping To Steam Early Access Next Year

For the first time on PC, Star Wars Hunters is being published by Zynga. Earlier this year, the Nintendo Switch release was Zynga’s inaugural console game. Since its debut, the Nintendo Switch and mobile versions have received several seasonal updates, including the latest one that added Nox, a Zabrak archer character, to the playable characters list.

Star Wars Hunters is a free-to-play, four-versus-four shooter game that allows players to fight each other in arenas modeled after famous locales from the Star Wars universe such as Endor, Hoth, and the Death Star. In this game, teams will engage in contests like Squad Brawl (similar to team deathmatch) and Dynamic Control, where players must seize and protect dynamic points on a map that rotate over time.

Right now, you can grab “Star Wars Hunters” for free on your Nintendo Switch or mobile devices! If you prefer the PC version, don’t miss out on the chance to join the closed beta testing by signing up through the game’s official website.
