How to Change Classes in Atlyss

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must say that Atlyss has taken me back to the nostalgic days of PlayStation 2 graphics and anthropomorphic action RPGs. The fact that we start as novices and can only choose our class after reaching level 10 adds a sense of progression that I find quite satisfying.

In simpler terms, Atlyss is a role-playing game (RPG) designed with graphics similar to those found on PlayStation 2. This game allows players to assume roles of anthropomorphic animals as they journey through the world, accomplish tasks, and battle opponents. Players can even select their preferred character class, though this option becomes available only after certain conditions are met. If you’re curious about how to unlock these classes, our guide will provide the answers.

How to Change Classes in Atlyss?

Initially, when you embark on your journey with Atlyss, you’ll have the opportunity to design your character. You can select your race and modify your looks, but for now, your class selection will be restricted. This is because all players begin as Novices. Once your character has advanced to level 10, you’ll then be able to select one of the three other professions: Fighter (for physical damage), Mystic (for magical damage), or Bandit (with a mix of close and long-range skills).

After that, you need to engage in conversation with a specific Guardian. Each of them provides a distinct lesson, so ensure you approach the one that appeals to you. Upon completion, you’ll receive a Skill Book. There’s nothing left but to employ it. Following this, you will gain access to a new skill page for your character in the skills interface. All previously allocated skill points will be reset at this point, enabling you to reallocate them. Please remember that choosing a class is irreversible at this stage. Once chosen, you won’t be able to pick another.
