Five Nights at Freddy's Director Emma Tammi Wants Even More FNAF Movies

As a seasoned gamer with years of sleepless nights spent in the company of animatronics, the prospect of more Five Nights at Freddy’s films leaves me both elated and apprehensive. The idea of venturing into Sister Location or the Mega Pizzaplex is tantalizing, but I can’t help but wonder if my heart can take another round with those mechanical monsters.

Although the second movie of the Five Nights at Freddy’s series won’t arrive in theaters until December 2025, there are whispers suggesting that the franchise might extend beyond a trilogy. Actor Matthew Lillard has agreed to a three-film deal with Blumhouse, but director Emma Tammi hinted in a recent interview that she’d be amenable to creating additional movies beyond that.

Tammi expressed to SlashFilm that she’s absolutely open to the idea of creating more movies set within locations like Circus Baby’s Pizza World or the Mega Pizzaplex. In fact, she’d be thrilled to continue this journey in this universe, so let’s hope for the best!
