Planes not Working in MSFS 2024. If They Are Missing, Watch Out

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (MSFS 2024) has been a rollercoaster ride so far. The anticipation was palpable, and the hype was real, but alas, it seems that this game’s takeoff hasn’t been as smooth as we all hoped.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is a long-running and popular collection of flight simulators that dates back over 20 years, and we’re currently preparing for the launch of MSFS 2024. Unfortunately, the start hasn’t been smooth sailing; many players have encountered multiple issues, ranging from download troubles to black screens and missing cursors. However, these problems are just the tip of the iceberg. Some gamers also report that they can’t spot planes within the game once they’ve entered it.

It appears that Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has encountered some technical difficulties, causing trouble for many players when trying to launch the game. Despite expectations that things might improve once inside, this is not always the case. Additionally, users have reported issues with visibility of different aircraft models. So, what can be done about it?

At the moment, it doesn’t appear beneficial to quit the game, since there’s a possibility that you may need to repack everything if you decide to leave and return. That sounds rather unpleasant.

The developers have acknowledged on X that they’re dealing with prolonged loading screens as an issue, and it’s expected that addressing this problem could also enhance other aspects of the game, including performance. For now, all we can do is stay patient and anticipate future updates. If possible, give the game some time to run smoothly again. It might be improved significantly within a few hours. Remember, even AAA games often encounter issues at launch; it’s unfortunate but commonplace in the gaming industry.
