As a seasoned gamer with memories of countless adventures etched deep into my gaming history, I can tell you that the allure of immersive fantasy worlds never fades. The first time I set foot in Morrowind was a pivotal moment for me, and now, with Dreamlit’s Towers of Aghasba promising a similar experience, I find myself eagerly awaiting its arrival.
There is something magical in fantasy worlds (metaphorically and literally). It is tempting to forget yourself during exploration of alien environment. I remember well my first encounter with TES3 Morrowind because of its unique feeling. Developers from Dreamlit promise just that. On the official Discord channel they have mentioned that they are visually inspired by Nausicaa and Princess Mononoke. So, no wonder that many people are tempted to enter Towers of Aghasba world. For now, it is only possible on PC and PS5 (multiplayer included). What about Xbox, though? We have the answer.
Xbox Release of Towers of Aghasba (ToA) Explained
If you own an Xbox and are interested in playing Towers of Aghasba, there’s some positive news! The developers have confirmed they intend to bring the game to Xbox at a later time. However, during its early access phase, the game will only be available on PC and PS5. But don’t worry, when it officially launches as version 1.0, Towers of Aghasba should also be playable on Xbox.
Based on the information provided on Steam, developers aim for Tears of Avia (ToA) to be in early access for approximately 12-18 months. This suggests that Microsoft’s console version may take some time before it becomes available. Keep in mind that these timelines are often not exact and can sometimes extend beyond the initial estimate. However, this time around, there’s a possibility things might move faster. For now, we just need to keep an eye out for further official updates.
