Jake Paul fires back at boxing champions calling him out after beating Mike Tyson

As a long-time boxing enthusiast and follower of Jake Paul’s career, I can’t help but be amused by his recent back-and-forth with some of the sport’s biggest names. It seems that even after defeating a legend like Mike Tyson, there are still those who doubt the legitimacy of his success in the ring.

In response to several boxing champs, both former and current, challenging him following his victory against Mike Tyson, Jake Paul has retaliated.

Finally, after months of nail-biting anticipation, I had the pleasure of witnessing Jake Paul and Mike Tyson’s epic boxing match at AT&T Stadium in Dallas on November 14. To my delight, Jake, the YouTube sensation turned boxer, emerged victorious with a unanimous decision. It was reported that an astounding 60 million viewers tuned in to Netflix for this historic fight. Truly an unforgettable moment!

Following his victory over ‘Iron’ Mike, Jake has been challenged by several boxers who consider the fight a mere “sham” due to Tyson’s poor performance in the ring. Despite vowing to give his best, Tyson found it difficult even to throw punches, let alone connect them with his opponent.

After Jake’s recent victory, it was Artur Beterbiev, the presently recognized light-heavyweight champion, who stepped forward to challenge him. On Instagram, he posed the question: “What could you possibly accomplish in the ring against the current undisputed title holder?

Jake responded swiftly, maintaining his characteristic style. On platform X, he wrote: “Just came across a post from the top 5 pound-for-pound boxer in the world challenging me. Laughter ensues. Four years into this and I’m still leading the sport.

Just noticed that, the top-tier pound-for-pound boxer globally has challenged me. Ha ha ha. It’s already been four years since I started running boxing, and I’m still at it.

aside from Beterbiev, Jake Paul’s comments also prompted a reaction from Carl Froch, a previous super-middleweight champ and outspoken critic, who added his thoughts as well.

Jake responded angrily, saying “Ungracious sore winner. Keep quiet. In just 4 years, I’ve achieved more than you have in your entire life. This will be the only time I respond to your bitter, poor remarks. If you want me to wash your cars, let me know.

Oh, bitter grumblebee! Silence is golden. In just four years, I’ve achieved more than what you’ve managed in your entire lifetime. This is a one-time response from me to your penniless, salty spirit. And just so you know, if you’re interested, I could always use an extra hand to wash my cars. 😉

Froch, 47, also claimed that Tyson was ‘banned’ from KO’ing Jake as per his fight contract.

It’s clear that didn’t happen because he had trouble landing even a single punch, let alone a powerful knockout.
