Best Weezing Deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket. Unleash the Poison Ability

As a seasoned gamer with decades of Pokémon TCG battles under my belt, I must say that the Weezing and Arbok deck combo is one of my all-time favorites. The strategic depth and synergy between these two darkness Pokémons never cease to impress me.

In the vast array of cards in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, you can create countless unique decks. However, I’d like to discuss my preferred theme: Darkness Pokémons. Some of these Pokémons have minimal energy requirements and deal significant damage, while others possess poison abilities that make opponents struggle. As there are several methods to construct a Weezing deck, let’s explore the most potent strategies.

Weezing in Pokemon TCG Pocket

Weezing is a Stage 1 Pokemon that transforms from Koffing and only needs one Darkness Energy Card for evolution. With 110 HP and the ability to inflict 30 damage, this creature also has a special skill to poison the opposing Active Pokemon. This results in an extra 10 points of damage. Additionally, the Giovanni Supporter card can be utilized to enhance Weezing’s damage output.

One potential drawback is that it takes three energy cards to withdraw. Yet, you have two options:

Weezing and Arbok Deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket

Weezing pairs wonderfully with Arbok, a Stage 1 Pokemon that evolves from Ekans. Arbok needs two energy cards, with just one of them being Darkness type. With 100 HP and a skill to inflict 60 damage, Arbok can also immobilize your opponent’s active Pokemon for the following turn. Arbok has a retreat cost of two energy cards.

As a gamer, my secret strategy with this deck is to kick things off by playing Weezing to dish out the first damage and poison the enemy’s Active Pokémon. Then, I quickly switch to Arbok to keep hammering away and block their attempts to swap out their Pokémon. It may seem basic, but it works like a charm. Even if they try to heal up, the poison and constant attacks will gradually wear them down.

The Weezing Arbok deck build:

  1. Koffing x2.
  2. Weezing x2.
  3. Ekans x2.
  4. Arbok x2.
  5. Professor’s Research Supporter card x2.
  6. Poké Ball x2.
  7. Koga Supporter card x2.
  8. Potion x2.
  9. Giovanni x2.
  10. X Speed x1.
  11. Sabrina x1.

Weezing and Wigglytuff ex Deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket

Wigglytuff (an evolved form of Jigglypuff, a Stage 1 Pokemon) needs three energy cards to attack and costs two energy cards to retreat. Its special ability deals 80 damage and can make the opposing active Pokemon sleep, immobilizing them like Arbok does. Therefore, this deck’s strategy resembles that of the Arbok combo.

To begin, deploy Koffing for an initial attack, then let it evolve into Weezing. Leverage its poisonous abilities while connecting energy to Wigglytuff. Once prepared, switch these two and employ Sleepy Song to keep your adversary’s Pokémon immobilized in the active position.

The Weezing Wigglytuff ex deck build:

  1. Koffing x2.
  2. Weezing x2.
  3. Jigglypuff x2.
  4. Wigglytuff x1.
  5. Wigglytuff ex x1.
  6. Professor’s Research Supporter card x2.
  7. Poké Ball x2.
  8. Koga Supporter card x2.
  9. Potion x2.
  10. Giovanni x2.
  11. X Speed x1.
  12. Sabrina x1.
