As someone who has been following Nathan Graham’s YouTube channel, Unspeakable, for quite some time now, I must say his latest adventure left me both amused and slightly envious. Here’s a man who dared to dream big, to push boundaries, and to explore the uncharted territories of online shopping – all in the name of content creation.

A YouTuber who purchased a $39K house on Amazon found a major flaw with it after not reading the product description.

Nathan Graham, host of the YouTube channel Unspeakable, decided to purchase a pre-constructed house priced at $38,999 from an online retailer, in order to test whether they could truly deliver a fully equipped and furnished home environment.

Upon delivery, the house arrived in an Amazon-marked container, requiring unfolding. Inside were pre-installed elements like windows and a bathroom. However, unexpectedly, there were no assembly guidelines provided.

While Graham was examining the 19-foot by 20-foot Chery Industrial pre-built, expandable home, he attempted to connect a compact refrigerator, but found that there were no power outlets available.

In his video that now boasts 7.5 million views, he mentioned his struggle to locate a place for his fridge to be plugged in because there are no available power outlets.

In the product description of the mobile prefab house on YouTube, a crucial point was missed by the content creator – it’s essential to know that the house isn’t already wired. To ensure American standard electrical connections, you should hire a professional electrician for proper wiring installation. Safety first!

Thankfully, Graham foresaw potential issues and purchased a generator for powering necessary equipment such as the refrigerator and television. Additionally, he accumulated a bunk bed, sofa, tables, a vacuum cleaner, games, kitchen appliances, and supplies of food.

Amazon pointed out that the property doesn’t include common household items like appliances, furniture, a water supply, or connections for drainage and sewer systems. As such, the purchaser will be responsible for procuring these necessary items separately.

Straight from the package, this home appeared streamlined and snug, but upon the unveiling by the YouTube star, it showcased a complete layout boasting four sturdy walls, a lofty roof, and thoughtfully placed windows.

Graham and his companions came to understand that although nearly everything can be purchased through Amazon, it’s essential to scrutinize the fine print thoroughly for a comprehensive understanding of the product specifications.

This year, a user on TikTok expressed immediate remorse after purchasing an Amazon home for $24,000, as the ceiling height was found to be significantly limited.
